To get started you will be invited to take an initial consultation session.
The purpose of an initial consultation is to discuss your health background, what you want to achieve, and to conduct a full postural assessment. We will then introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates and some basic exercises which will allow us to assess your muscular balance, mobility and flexibility.
For rehabilitation and injuries it is important that you have been cleared by your doctor or surgeon before you begin exercising. Please complete the health screening form sent to you prior to your consultation, and bring along any notes from your doctor or health practitioner that may be helpful.
